Attracting the crowds in Hall 1

Oldies Club were lucky enough to be invited back to Crufts to share a stand with our patron Marc Abraham on Saturday 12th March. 6 volunteers and 5 gorgeous Oldies (& 1 younger associate) travelled to the NEC to help promote older dogs and fundraise. We decorated the stand with our banner, posters and display board.

The dogs, looking very fetching in their bandanas, were on hand to offer kisses & cuddles whilst our supporters handed out leaflets, collected donations and chatted to anyone who stopped at the stand.

Even Marc couldnt escape Billy kisses

Oldies Club were presented with a cheque for £500 by Marc. This was our share of the money raised by the auctioning of the PupAid guitar at Bonhams Auction House in December .This money was gratefully received and will really help to cover some of the vets bills for Oldies currently in our care.

It was a tiring and successful day and we managed to raise £312.59 in donations and handed out many leaflets which we hope will bring us more support through volunteers and adopters for our Oldies.
