30//3/13 Daisy and Serena have found a new home!
These two adorable Westie ladies are Daisy and Serena. Their owner sadly passed away recently and they are now in the care of Freshfields Animal Rescue. Daisy is 12 years old and Serena is 9. They have lived together their whole lives and want to find a new home where they can stay together.
The poor girls weren’t discovered until days after their owner died and by that time, they were filthy and starving. It must have been such a scary and confusing time for them. Thankfully they are now safe in a foster home where they are settling in well.
These two very lovely girls are happy to snooze away the hours or simply potter round behind you no matter what you are doing in the house. They love each other very much and would so love to stay together for the rest of their lives.
Serena is the smaller of the two. She had an operation several years ago to remove a lump on her stomach which has left her tummy very sore, so she will have a little grumble when you try to pick her up. There were no further complications after the operation and she is in good health for her age.
These little girls desperately need a quiet home, preferably with no young children, where they can enjoy their old age in peace. They love everyone that they meet and they get on well with other dogs. They are very sweet girls who deserve to be loved forever after all that they’ve been through.
