5/1/2014 Prince is about to leave for his forever home.
Adorable Prince may be 11 years old, but we think you will agree that he has retained his youthful good looks. This happy and sociable little Scottie boy is searching for a loving new retirement home with the help of Chilterns Dog Rescue Society.
Prince is seeking a quieter home for his retirement with people who are used to terriers. He is quite spry and still enjoys short walks and playtime. He is a friendly boy who gets on well with the dogs and cats at the Rescue Centre. Although he is not used to children, he probably wouldn’t mind them visiting him from time to time.
Prince is generally in good health, although when he first arrived in rescue he needed treatment for an ear infection (now improving) and a dental to remove some teeth. He did injure the ligaments in his back legs in the past, which was left untreated. This doesn’t cause him any problems or pain at the moment, but he may need treatment in the future. In the meantime, he has a slightly rolling gait and should not be attempting any marathons!
All Prince wants is a loving retirement home where he can spend the rest of his days in comfort surrounded by people who love him. He is going to make someone a terrific little companion.
