Update 7/9/17 – From Southampton to Edinburgh, people were clamouring to adopt little Ben! He has now gone to live in Scotland. :)

Ben is a cute nine and a half year old Border terrier cross boy who sadly finds himself homeless. He was the much-loved and constant companion of an older lady, who sadly died recently. Since then, he has been cared for at a foster home provided by Chilterns Dog Rescue Society.

Ben has shown himself to be a well behaved, playful boy who gets on well with people of all ages. He enjoys going out for walks and playing ball games in the garden. He is a confident, well socialised boy who loves having human company. His owner spent a lot of time with him and he would like his new family to be able to as well, although he is okay being left for short period on his own.

Ben is still an active boy who loves going for walks and walks very nicely on the lead and has good recall. He also loves to play in the garden and will need a secured, fenced in garden because he is always testing his boundaries.

Ben is a good all-round boy whose only fault, if you could call it that, is being afraid of thunderstorms and loud noises. Oh yes, he also like to chase cats, so none of those please!

Ben will provide loving, fun companionship to his lucky new family. If he can move into your heart and home, please contact Sara at CDRS as follows:
