14/1/18 – Benji has found his new home!

Gorgeous Benji is a 14 year old miniature Poodle who is waiting at The Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home for someone to offer him a lovely long-term foster (or supported adoption) home.
Benji is a very distinguished old gentleman who is looking for a quiet life where he can be the centre of his new human’s world and be your only pet. He enjoys the simple things in life such as a snuggly warm bed and plenty of food – he has a very hearty appetite!
Benji still enjoys going out on walks and particularly enjoys meeting and greeting doggy friends, but with the colder weather coming he needs to wear a nice warm coat.
Benji needs a quiet, adult-only home as he has very poor eyesight and can be a little cantankerous at times and might give an odd snap. He has a tendency to guard his human and his space on the sofa so he might be best in a single-person home where he can be your special little companion. He also needs a home where things aren’t moved around regularly.
Benji likes a stable routine with regular outings to the garden. He enjoys snuggling up and sleeping the afternoons away. His idea of heaven is a quiet home where he will receive all the affection he deserves.
Benji is neutered and has no current medical needs. He will require regular grooming sessions to keep his coat looking beautiful.
