1/1/18 – RSPCA Derby had lots of people enquire about Charlie after seeing him on the Oldies Club website. We are very pleased to hear that Charlie has gone to his new home today. What wonderful news for the new year!

Charlie is a 14 year old Yorkshire Terrier boy who is at RSPCA Derby & District Branch, waiting for someone to offer him a warm home.

Charlie finds himself in rescue because his owner could no longer look after him, sadly. Poor little Charlie is too old to be in kennels. It must be a terribly frightening experience for him, especially as he has cataracts in both eyes, bless him. He has a slight skin condition and needs a bath each week to help that.

Charlie is fine with dogs and cats so long as they are calm and leave him alone. He’s just a little old man who potters around.

Charlie is an oldie in need. Could you offer him a quiet home and a nice warm lap to sit on?
