15/12/2017 Super cuddly Crystal has happily gone to her new home in time to celebrate Christmas.

Cuddly Crystal is a super loving Staffy cross, possibly with a Lab, judging by her size and personality. She’s only 9 years old so she has plenty of walkies ahead of her. Leicester Animal Aid are helping her find her perfect home, one where she has company most of the time and can take you out a couple of times a day.
Crystal is an extremely friendly girl. She loves meeting people! She can get over excited though and given her fabulously solid build, it’s best if she lives in either an adult only home or one with sensible teenagers. Smaller people might get bowled over by her enthusiasm! She always means well, and at times she can be quite refined. She can be trusted not to put her elbows on the table at tea parties!
Her favourite pastime, on a nice day, is to go for a lovely walk. She is sometimes strong on the lead due to excitement, but perfectly manageable by an active owner. She passes other dogs politely, not wishing to stop and waste her valuable time on them. What she really loves is a good gallivant in a secure field. It has to be a completely secure field, because her recall is… well, it just generally isn’t!
Treats are the key to getting Crystal’s attention and she’s a good learner so a sensible owner can certainly improve on recall with her. If the weather is inclement though, she’d rather stay in her cosy bed, under her blankie!
Crystal is a very happy girl when she’s with her people. Outgoing when meeting other people (and getting lots of fuss!) and soppy and snuggly when she’s at home. She’s a bright and playful lady who does like her toys. She’s hoping for a human who also likes to play!
Crystal can be left at home for a while, being extra thrilled to see you when you return! She wouldn’t like it to be a long time or too often but really, if you’re getting in that terrifying car contraption, she’d rather just hunker down and hope you make it back OK.
Crystal is spayed and healthy and adorably cuddlesome!
