11/05/18 – Brilliant news for Diesel – he’s found a new home!
Diesel is an 11 year old Mastiff boy who is at Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary in Bristol due to a relationship split that resulted in him being left for long periods.
Diesel is an absolutely fabulous gentle giant who loves being around people. Diesel would like to be your only dog and he can’t live with cats. He is very good with children but with being a big lad he could accidentally knock over smaller ones, so can live with children aged 7+.
Since being in kennels, Diesel has become frustrated by having other dogs around him. On the lead he can be extremely strong if he spots a dog in the distance, so he will ideally go to a rural home or one with private fields for walking. Once he’s had a walk, Diesel enjoys snoozing the afternoon away. He also likes to carry his teddy around in his mouth!
Diesel is neutered and he is having Metacam for his aging joints.
