15/07/17 – Emma has been adopted having been spotted on Oldies Club! Hooray!
Cuddly Emma is a medium sized Pug cross Bulldog (25 kgs) aged 7. She’s in foster care through Rovers Dog Rescue in Essex. She’s an easy-going girl who would be happy to live with children from 10 years old. She’s such a sweetie!
She used to live happily with a male beagle, so another friendly resident dog at her new home would be fine for her, as long as introductions go well. She’d probably be equally happy as a doted on only pet. More fuss just for Emma!
Her foster parents say Emma’ is a cuddle monster and will push her way onto your lap. They also said she’s very good in the house – clean, non-destructive and OK to be left for a few hours.
Emma loves long walks and can be strong on the lead so she needs an active owner. Being ever such a good girl she should respond well to positive training methods. A bit of practice and lots of treats and praise should see her walking to heel nicely.
She gets very enthusiastic when playing which is the only reason the Rovers have an age restriction on children for her. She is good with kids and used to live with young ones. It’s just that small people could get knocked over accidentally since she’s just pretty sturdy and likes to throw her toys around with wild abandon. Life is such fun!
Emma is spayed, healthy and full of love! If you think she might be the happy-go-lucky lady for you, please contact Rovers Dog Rescue as follows:
