21/10/17 – Marley has found a home!

Dainty, petite Marley is a sandy and white coloured Staffy girl of 9 years, in the care of RSPCA West Hatch Animal Centre in Somerset. She’s there because her owners’ circumstance changed and she’s having to be a very brave girl about it all!

West Hatch say, “To help her cope with life in kennels and keep her occupied, Marley has been spending time in our office during the day. She loves this, joining in various meetings and revealing a special talent for sitting on laps and pinching the most comfortable chairs!”

Marley would prefer a home where someone is around most of the time and any time she has to be alone can be built up gradually. She’s a bright lady, happy to learn new commands (for treats, naturally!). She already does an excellent sit!

She likes to play with toys, especially a ball. Given her liking for laps, it’s a safe bet that fuss and cuddles with her people make her happy too. And, of course, Staffy kisses are legendary!

Marley wants to be the only pet at home and would do best in an adult only home. Owners who have experience with older rescue dogs would be preferred. She needs plenty of love and reassurance, bless her!

Dear little Marley will make the most devoted and endearing companion. If you happen to have a predictable daily routine which can include nice walks, doing a turn in the garden followed by sofa snuggles… you’re the perfect match for Marley!
