26/0617 – Nina has been adopted!
Nina is a pretty 11 year old girl looking for a new home, as an only pet, with the help of Blue Cross Lewknor in Oxfordshire, through their Home Direct service. She is quite the smarty-pants and has a lot to tell you about herself…
Nina says, “Even though I am a ‘senior’ cat I am still really playful and love to play with my favourite cat nip toys or have a roll around in the sunshine (as you can see from my pictures).
“I can be shy at first and I am also quite independent, but once I know and trust someone I love nothing more than curling up on a lap and having some company. I do enjoy a little bit of gentle fuss but not too much of it, I prefer to receive a little bit of fuss, when I initiate it. The rest of the time I enjoy keeping you company.
“My favourite pastime has to be chilling out on a windowsill, looking out of the window, watching the world go by. I also like to lounge about on the stairs and keep watch through the banisters!
“I enjoy having the freedom of a secure garden, and I like being outside, but I am worried by other cats so I would benefit from a home in a low cat populated area, where I can be queen of my castle and not have to worry about running away from neighbouring cats that enter the garden.”
