Simba (German Shepherd Dog Rescue, Essex)

Simba is a very much loved boy who finds himself looking for a new home due to very sad circumstances as his owner is being rehoused and cannot take Simba with him. He is in the care of German Shepherd Dog Rescue in Essex and is keeping his paws firmly crossed a new owner takes his home soon.

Simba is an 8 year old, champagne coloured, semi-coated German Shepherd and he is a very loving dog once he gets to know you. He walks well on and off-lead and has good recall. Simba loves his toys and is quite happy for you to take them from him. He takes treats nicely and loves having a tummy rub.

This lovely boy gets on well with older children and although it may take him a while to settle, once settled he will be very loyal dog with his new family. Simba is also good with other dogs but is not used to cats.

Simba is neutered. Although he suffers from Epilepsy and takes daily medication, he has not had a fit for over a year. He also has a bit of arthritis in his right back leg and he is taking Yumove to help this.
