09/01/18 – Tia has been adopted! Hooray!
Happy Staffy Tia is a mere 8ish years old. She’s in foster care in Broughton, North Lincolnshire through Jerry Green Dog Rescue.
Tia is a sweet, friendly and affectionate girl. She gets on really well with the 7 year old child at her foster home. She is looking for active owners who can give her the company and fun she deserves.
Tia is OK with other dogs when out and about but she doesn’t appreciate them getting too close, so she’d better be an only dog at home. She’s not impressed by cats… highly suspicious beings!
The UK Kennel Club describes her breed as “highly intelligent and affectionate, especially with children” and they are the only dog whose breed standard calls them “totally reliable”!
Tia is spayed and has no medical issues. She did have some mammary tumours removed and tested. She got the all clear so that should all be behind her now. She has lots of cuddles, kisses and jolly walks left in her.
