13/01/18 – Not surprisingly, noble Norris was snapped up and has gone to live with two nice lady dogs. Congratulations Norris!

Noble Norris, the Whippet cross, is believed to be around 8 years old and known to be perfect! He’s having a lovely time in foster care in Essex through All Animals Rescue and Rehome.  He only has three legs but that doesn’t stop him from chasing cats. Other dogs would be good pals for him though, as he has a lovely nature. There’s something cosy and sofa-like about him…

…He’s lovely and warm…

…and always happy to snuggle.

AARR say, “Poor Norris was picked up as a stray after he was spotted bin raiding on a busy main road – Poor lad was tired and filthy – and missing a leg! The leg appears to have been amputated fairly recently, we have no idea of this poor old lads past, but what I can say is he is absolutely the most wonderful dog I have ever met, he is the sweetest, most tolerant, happy bouncy lad, he isn’t bothered he is missing a leg and it doesn’t affect his love for life, and sofas and beds!

“Norris found himself on death row in the pound – he was an unclaimed stray! Such a shame for such a beautiful dog to find himself homeless. Norris is a real couch potato of a dog. He is very quiet and obedient. He would love a sofa to snooze on all day!!

“Norris is impeccably well behaved – somebody has obviously put a lot of time into him! He is house trained and non destructive – happy to be left snoozing on the sofa by himself, absolutely adores other dogs so could happily live with a companion. I can’t emphasise enough how loving this lad is. Every night I come in from work, he is off the sofa and wagging his tail to greet me, and then promptly returns to the sofa for a snuggle! He is gentle with all the other dogs,  and is a real gentleman in every way.”

Norris is neutered, microchipped, de-flead and wormed.
