Becky is a beautiful lady with the biggest smile ever. She is safe in the UK after a hard life in Romania. Becky has the happiest disposition and would make a very loving companion in a family home together with children, dogs and cats. What a perfect lady!

Another one for the short-legged-oldie aficionados amongst us. Fun-loving Shorty loves playing with his toys. He’s good with dogs, fine with cats after careful introduction, and is used to living with children. Isn’t he a poppet?

Due to her owner’s ill health, Tara hadn’t been walked for 5 years, but oh how she’s enjoying walks now! Tara is active, intelligent, obedient and loving. She could live with a dog-savvy cat and is fine with dogs she meets. She also likes children. What a gorgeous girl!

Pippin, Delta and Monty just need a home to chill out in for what time is left to them – it’s so sad these elderly dogs have come back into the rescue 10 years after being rehomed. They all have fantastic, gentle personalities and get on well with other dogs and probably could live with cats. They are good with children, but due to their age, they should not be rehomed with very young children. Can you offer them the loving home they deserve?

Josh-Hector is such a lovely and loving soul who likes nothing more than to lie in the sun and watch the world go by. He is seeking a loving family who are prepared to give him plenty of cuddles. Josh-Hector may be able to live with another dog, or even a cat, if they get along when they meet at his foster home. He would love to join a quiet, loving family where any children are over 10.

Lovely Lurcher Scratch enjoys playing out and about with other dogs, but would like to be the only pet in the home. She is used to company most of the day and not used to living with children. She’s a happy, active girl who also likes to snooze the day away. She’s been waiting a while for her new home – please don’t keep her waiting much longer.

7 year old Basset Hound Molly came into rescue with her friend Harvey (see below) and she can be rehomed with him or on her own. Like Harvey, she is a typical Basset, strong and determined so it would be nice to find her an experienced home. She likes lots of attention and isn’t keen on being left. Molly would be fine in a family with children over 10 as long as the household was calm and quiet.

Harvey is an 8 year old Basset Hound who is looking for an experienced owner and a quiet, adult only home. He’s an active dog and a typical Basset – strong and determined. He needs someone who loves and understands the breed and can continue his training. He could be rehomed with his friend Molly (see above).

Cara is an elderly lurcher who needs a caring and calm retirement home. Her sight and hearing are not as good as they once were and she needs understanding owners who will be around most of the time and help her to feel safe and secure. She could happily live as an only dog or with another older, calm companion.

Wilson is a cute and affectionate Cocker Spaniel boy who loves doing agility. Wilson has a tendency to be possessive and he needs an experienced owner who is happy to use patient, kind training and continue the great work being done at HULA. Wilson would love an active home where he can learn spanielly tasks. He can’t live with children or cats, but he likes dogs and could potentially live with a female dog.

After a hard life in Romania, lovely Leo has made it to the UK and is all ready to be part of your family. He’s a shy boy but, given time, gives tail wags and kisses. He would prefer a quieter life where any children are teenagers and can live with cats and dogs.

Boyo isn’t in very good condition at the moment and he needs a loving home where he can be cared for and helped to recuperate. He’s only 11 years old, a sweet loving dog who is used to children and other dogs so he’d be great in a family. He’d be equally happy with a single person or a couple – he’s really easy to please, just warmth, comfort and love is all he asks.

Rocky and Gizmo are a gentle pair of Lurchers who don’t ask for much in life – a walk a day and somewhere to stretch out and relax. They are used to children and could live with another dog but would be best without cats or small pets. Could you offer either one, or both, of them their forever home?

Are you a female, experienced in collie ownership? If so, you’re just who Scoopie is waiting for so please read about him. He’s only 8 years old and is everything you’d expect in a collie. He’s a sensitive lad and is scared of men and children (and vets!) so he needs an understanding and experienced person in his life to help him deal with his worries.

Charlie is a collie cross lad probably around 9 years old. Sadly, his owner has had to move to accommodation where dogs are not allowed, so Charlie needs to find a new forever home. He’s a lovely lad, good with other dogs, fine with children and well mannered – except that he does chase cats.

Genghis arrived in rescue in a pitiful state but after some much-needed TLC, he has become a handsome, loving and amusing sweetheart who loves people and his food. He can live with another dog of similar size and children over 12. Can you give him the happy retirement he deserves?

Noni and her wonderful velvety ears are looking for a forever home. She is currently in foster care and is great with children, other dogs and shows no interest in chickens. She could probably live with cats following careful introduction. Can this regal Beagle come to live with you?

Jesse is a lovely older lady who is looking for a retirement home with someone who is around a lot of the time. She’s currently living with other dogs and a cat, and would be fine with visiting children. She’s a real sweetie who will repay anyone with loyalty and lots of Labrador love!

This beautiful pair of Akita ladies have been brought up as sisters and cannot bear to be parted now that they are looking for a new home. Stella and Tia are affectionate and well behaved girls who will be a joy to have around. They love being with people and are used to being part of a loving family. Bonnie the Border Terrier loves to snooze the day away, with breaks out in the garden. She enjoys peace and quiet and would make a lovely companion for someone who enjoys taking a couple of 20-minute strolls per day. Bonnie’s wary of big dogs, but fine with calm small dogs. Loving and friendly, Jay and Pippin are father and daughter Springer Spaniesl. After further assessment, it has been decided they can be rehomed together or separately. Mac and Teddy are around 9 or 10 years old and would like a peaceful home where there is human company for most of the day as they love having fuss and attention. They’re fine with other dogs and, although they want a home with no young children, they’d be fine with visits from grandchildren.

She’s an energetic and enthusiastic long haired Akita, only 7 years old and very friendly. She’s well trained and loving so could make a lovely addition to your household. Rex just wants to feel safe and loved again in a calm and quiet retirement home after being abandoned. He is such an affectionate and sweet little lad who just likes being around people. Frodo is a 9 year old beautiful collie/spaniel cross who would love an active home where he can enjoy playing and going for long walks. His ideal home would be adult only as he’s a bit scared of children. He would be ok to live with another dog but he isn’t keen on cats.

Ty the Jack Russell Terrier needs to find a new home as he is unhappy living with young children. He is a busy, determined little guy who would love a countryside home where he can be out and about doing all the things that come naturally to a terrier. Sandywas taken to the vets to be put to sleep, even though he’s a healthy and friendly boy. Luckily, the vet refused and Sandy is now in rescue, waiting for someone to offer him a loving home. Beautiful blue lurcher, Pru, was in a terrible state when she was rescued by Lurcher Link. After lots of TLC, Pru is now fit, well and beautiful. But still she is waiting for a permanent home.
