Beautiful Summer was rescued in a terrible condition and is now making a full recovery. She’s well-behaved and will make a lovely family dog as she is good with children. Summer is okay with other dogs but not keen on small ones. She surely deserves a loving home now.

Finnegan (Safe Rescue, Great Yarmouth)

Youngster Finnegan is a very special Carpathian Shepherd dog in every sense of the word. He is indeed a three-legged, bear of a dog, but oh so fun-loving and enthusiastic. He takes everything in his stride with great humour and love on his part. Finnegan would be best as an only dog and has not been cat tested. He’s too big and clumsy for small children but would be fine with older ones. All you need is a big heart and a good sense of humour.

Bonnie (Bath Cats and Dogs Home)

Bulldog Bonnie has successfully survived cancer and is looking for a loving, quiet, retirement home to enjoy for the rest of her life. She’s a little shy but likes a fuss and a back scratch when she knows you. BonBon, as she’s affectionately known, is clever and knows lots of commands. She would like to be the only pet in a home where any children are older. BonBon doesn’t need much exercise and would make a wonderful companion.

You know what they say, “Four legs good, um, three legs better”? Well… they should! David only has three legs but it doesn’t stop him from doing anything fun. Except digging up flower beds. David is a really affectionate boy who lives life to the full. Rolling ecstatically in the grass whenever possible. If you want big canine cuddles and lots of lovely walks (and for your spring bulbs to stay exactly where they are) then David is the perfect match for you!

Cooper (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)

Super Cooper is a soppy, snuggly boy once he trusts you, but that trust takes time to build up.
