Dino is a complete tummy rub addict who loves to go for walks and explore. He’s a big, old softie who has lived with other dogs and could also live with older children though is not used to cats. Can you give Dino his chance of real happiness?

Gracie is a lovely, responsive and gentle lady who just qualifies as an oldie at 7. She responds well to basic commands and could live in a home with children aged 6+ who are large dog savvy. She needs to be the only dog but is okay with cats. Could she be the right dog for you?

Gorgeous Mya is affectionate and loving, but her patience is being tested with pestering by young children and she needs a new home with no children and no dogs. She deserves a fantastic home and some peace and quiet in her retirement years.

7 year old Basset Hound Molly came into rescue with her friend Harvey (see below) and she can be rehomed with him or on her own. Like Harvey, she is a typical Basset, strong and determined so it would be nice to find her an experienced home. She likes lots of attention and isn’t keen on being left. Molly would be fine in a family with children over 10 as long as the household was calm and quiet.

He needs someone who loves and understands the breed and can continue his training. He could be rehomed with his friend Molly (see above).

Beautiful Jill is a quiet, well mannered lady who is seeking a calm and quiet home like the one she is used to. She was the cherished companion of an older man who sadly, has now died. Jill urgently needs a permanent loving home where she can be loved and taken care of for the rest of her life.

Boyo isn’t in very good condition at the moment and he needs a loving home where he can be cared for and helped to recuperate. He’s only 11 years old, a sweet loving dog who is used to children and other dogs so he’d be great in a family. He’d be equally happy with a single person or a couple – he’s really easy to please, just warmth, comfort and love is all he asks.

Nina so deserves a loving home of her own after being in rescue for 10 long years. This beautiful lady was found dumped alongside a busy road and her sad past makes it difficult for her to trust new people. Once you get to know her, though, she is the most loving, loyal, playful and affectionate girl. She has spent some time with her favourite walker, both at his home and in a holiday cottage and was perfectly behaved both times. You will need to take some time to get to know Nina before taking her home, but once you have her trust, you will have a friend for life. Beautiful blue lurcher, Pru, was in a terrible state when she was rescued by Lurcher Link. After lots of TLC, Pru is now fit, well and beautiful. But still she is waiting for a permanent home. Benson is a loving boy who adores being with people. He is still very bouncy and loves playing with people and being with other dogs. Benson is blind, but copes very well with his condition and is such a sweet boy. Lucky is a beautiful white and fluffy boy who uses wheels instead of his back legs after being in an accident in Romania. His disability doesn’t affect his sunny outlook on life or his love of running and playing. He is hoping to find an experienced owner who will help him settle and he offers tons of love in return.

Chocky is a gorgeous Greyhound but he has sadly spent his whole life in kennels. He used to be fine with other dogs but has started to be less keen on the new arrivals at the kennels.
