Her sight and hearing are not as good as they once were and she needs understanding owners who will be around most of the time and help her to feel safe and secure. She could happily live as an only dog or with another older, calm companion.

He’s only 11 years old, a sweet loving dog who is used to children and other dogs so he’d be great in a family. Rocky and Gizmo are a gentle pair of Lurchers who don’t ask for much in life – a walk a day and somewhere to stretch out and relax. Sandy was taken to the vets to be put to sleep, even though he’s a healthy and friendly boy. Luckily, the vet refused and Sandy is now in rescue, waiting for someone to offer him a loving home. Big handsome Glen is looking for a Greyhound-experienced home where he can relax and snooze the day away, possibly in the company of another female Greyhound! He is quite strong on the lead, but once he is settled, he prefers to relax and sleep. Glen can live with older children, but says no to cats, other small animals and other breeds of dog. Beautiful blue lurcher, Pru, was in a terrible state when she was rescued by Lurcher Link. After lots of TLC, Pru is now fit, well and beautiful. But still she is waiting for a permanent home. Danny is a super friendly lad who loves meeting people, so it’s so sad that he’s desperate for a forever home after waiting for almost 4 years. Kylie has spent all her life so far in kennels and after running 32 races she’s ready to hang up her boots and retire on a comfy sofa. Now that she’s in foster care, she’s really enjoying her home comforts and is looking forward to getting her own permanent home. Kylie is very affectionate, but undemanding. Snazzy has embraced the joys of home comforts since retiring from racing. He has been living in a home for almost 2 years now but sadly needs to find a new home due to his owner’s increasing work commitments.
