Tiny Charlie arrived in Oldies Club care in a dreadful state, but thanks to the fabulous work of his foster carer and lots of veterinary treatment he is feeling much better. Sadly he has had several fits and isn't strong enough to withstand a change of home, so he's going to remain in Oldies Club care as a Sponsor dog and be supported for the rest of his days.

Sweet little Vicky came into Oldies Club care after being picked up as a stray and rescued from very heavy traffic. She found a new home in May 2010, but sadly didn't settle and came back to her foster home. Vicky has poor eyesight and is estimated to be at least 16 years old, so we feel she should stay where she is happiest - with her fosterer. She will remain as an Oldies Club sponsor dog for the rest of her days.

Cocoa's fosterer thinks he has the charm and good looks of George Clooney - and we can see what she means. Cocoa has a progressive neurological condition which means his back legs are quite weak and wobbly. He's also beginning to suffer from doggy dementia so all in all we felt it best for him to stay with his loving fosterer for the rest of his days. You can help us to care for him by taking part in our sponsor scheme
