Ben (Labrador Rescue North West, fostered Lancashire)

posted in Rehomed Dogs |

3/1/2014 What wonderful news to start the year. Ben has gone to his new home where he will have a canine lady friend for company.

This lovely blind boy is Ben, whose owner died in tragic circumstances. Labrador Rescue North West are hoping that there is one more Christmas angel out there who could care for Ben on a permanent basis. Ben was put into the pound, following his owner’s death, but the coroner released him to go into rescue and he is currently safe in foster care. He is great with other dogs, cats and people.

Despite his blindness, Ben finds his way round very quickly. There is absolutely no reason why he shouldn’t settle into a new home and have a good quality of life for the rest of his days. He just needs to find that very special person.

A quick update on  Ben: it is possible he may regain his sight with an operation. We will keep you updated.

If you can help this super lad, please contact Labrador Rescue North West as follows:
