25/1/09 – Great news, Patch has found a new home at long last!

Update – 26/12/08 Patch is now 12 years old and is sadly still waiting for his forever home. Despite his age, he is still in good health so please consider this lovely boy. He’s looking for a new home either as the only dog or with a quiet, older female.

Patch is a 10 years old ex-racing greyhound who has spent most of his life as a family pet. His owner has reluctantly had to give this gorgeous boy up due to ill health, so Action for Greyhounds are now seeking a new home for him in the Norfolk area.

Patch is healthy, neutered, and vaccinated. He is house clean, good on a lead, travels well, and loves people and children, and mixes well with other dogs on a lead. However he cannot live with cats.

He is big, beautiful, gentle, and has quite a character, and loves his food!

For the past few months, Patch has been living in a foster home and he mixes quite well with other dogs. Action for Greyhounds would like him to go to a quiet home where he can enjoy a secure garden and be taken out for walks on the lead. Patch loves his walks!
