6/12/09 Billy has a new home!

Billy the 9 year old Lab x Staffie is a lovely friendly boy. He’s still fit and active, so he loves his walks or getting out in the garden to play with his toys. He’s good with adults and children and would be happy living as part of a family.

Beautiful Billy is a 9 year old Labrador x Staffordshire Bull Terrier who came into rescue because his owner was unable to cope with him and the other dogs he lived with. He’s now in the care of the Ark on the Lincolnshire coast, waiting for a new forever home.

Billy is medium sized and is a nice friendly boy. He’s good with adults and children and previously lived in a family situation. He’s house trained and doesn’t mind being left for 3-4 hours at a time and he’s also good when travelling in the car.

The Ark have been informed that Billy isn’t good with other dogs, but he did live with two others in his previous home and so far hasn’t shown any signs of aggression. He will need a cat-free home though.

Billy is quite a lively lad and he enjoys playing with his toys. He’s good on the lead and when let off-lead he will run quite a way from you, but comes back when called.

Billy is fit and well and is just waiting for his perfect home to come along.
