20/12/09 Blade has a lovely new home.

This very handsome girl is Blade, an 8 year old GSD who came into the care of the Blue Cross Adoption Centre at Bromsgrove because her owner became ill and could no longer care for her.

Blade is a loving girl who really enjoys a cuddle.  She loves her walks, especially pottering around off the lead seeking out new smells.  The ideal home for Blade would be one where her owners were prepared to give her time to bond with them as she can be a little hesitant at first. 

She would be best suited as the only dog in her new home as she is happier doing her own thing and enjoying all the attention for herself.   Blade could live with a family with older children, say over 10 years old.  She can be left on her own for a reasonable amount of time up to about 5 hours a day.
