Molly (Private rehoming, Dorset)

23/2/2010 Molly has found a lovely new home!
__________________________________________________
Molly is a very beautiful Dalmatian girl who was 10 years old in September. She’s lived with the same owner since she was a puppy, but her owner is now trying to rehome her privately. Molly is very friendly and she loves attention, but she’s not used to young children and her owner has a 10 month old baby.
Molly is great off the lead and never runs away. She’s used to being around horses and has been happy to tag along on any horse rides.
She can be quite protective of her owner, so isn’t always good with other dogs when she’s out. However, she’s fine when she’s out with other people and she does currently live with a Weimaraner and four cats without any problems.
When there’s food about Molly tends to be a little possessive, but she’s quite well trained and if there’s a treat involved she’ll respond very well to most commands!
This beautiful girl is still in the best of health and is as fit as a fiddle, so an active home would be great for her. Everyone seems to fall in love with Molly, so if you’re looking for a friendly dog to accompany you on your walks (or horse rides!), please consider this beautiful girl.

Prospective adopters will be homechecked by Molly’s owner or by an Oldies Club volunteer. Molly can go back to her current home if the rehoming doesn’t work out for any reason.
Oldies Club suggests you read our article Questions for Adopters which is written to help people who are planning to adopt a dog from a private owner rather than a rescue.
