Jim is a 2 year old smooth-coated Collie Cross boy who was rescued from a pound on his last day. He is now in a Heathlands Animal Sanctuary foster home. Jim is a special boy as he is blind, but, like most blind dogs, he doesn’t let this stop him enjoying life to the full.

Jim is a very handsome, cheerful soul and his tail never stops wagging. In his foster home, he is living happily with nine other dogs and three cats. He loves his walks but also likes to chill out by the fire. Jim is extremely affectionate and likes to climb on your lap for a cuddle. Bless him – doesn’t he sound wonderful!

Jim would love a forever home where there is a sighted dog to show him the ropes. He can be left for a few hours during the day as he is happy to relax in his bed. Jim is a truly wonderful character who is looking for a very special home. Could that be yours?
