25/3/10 - Emma has found her forever home.
_________________________________________________________

This sweet little face belongs to Emma, a 14 year old Terrier who finds herself in rescue at Foal Farm because her owner had to go into sheltered accommodation.

Emma is feeling a bit sad and bewildered right now because she misses her owner. Luckily she has made friends with her kennel mate, Lucas, and the rescue would like to see them homed together if there is someone out there who has room for two.

Emma requires very little at this time in her life, besides lots of love and a nice warm place to snooze. She is happy to just potter round the garden and go for the odd short walk. She only has one eye and is now having trouble seeing through the other one, so she will need someone who could guide her, though she gets on pretty well.

Emma is happy to share her home with another quieter dog and she gets along with cats. Because of her age, she would need to live in a home without young children, although older kids who would respect her space may be fine.

All Emma wants at this time of her life is a loving, peaceful retirement home where she can have lots of love. Do you have a place in your heart and home for little Emma?
