29/3/2010 – Great news that Barney has found his new home!

Cute little Barney is an 8 year old Westie/Jack Russell Terrier cross who finds himself in rescue with Chilterns Dog Rescue Society after his owner moved and couldn’t take him with him. Barney can be a little shy at first and has little experience with children or cats. Once he gets to know you and gains confidence, however, he is happy to go on long country walks with you. Barney is an affectionate little dog who would be happiest living in a home that offers a quiet environment where he can get plenty of exercise along with the home comforts a dog his age deserves. He has lived with other dogs in the past. Barney is a fit and active boy who has no known medical conditions. At only 8 years old, he is a relative youngster on the Oldies site!
