1/4/2012 Megan has a new home

Megan is a black Labrador cross, aged approximately 10 years. She’s a sweet old lady who is in desperate need of a retirement home and is at Dogs 4 Adoption at St Giles Kennels near Taunton, Somerset, while she waits and hopes. Megan is very stressed in kennels and the rescue would really like to find her a home as soon as possible.

Megan is good with other dogs and may possibly be able to live with a dog-savvy cat. She wouldn’t require a lot of exercise, although she is still active and can happily walk a couple of miles a day. Overall, she just wants somewhere warm to sleep and relax. Megan would ideally be suited to a quiet, retirement home.

Megan is really not doing very well in the kennels and desperately needs to find a nice home. When in foster care she has been quiet and very well behaved and is house trained. She walks well on the lead and would be happy to live with a sensible dog. She is able to be left alone for a couple of hours with no problems at all.

Megan has no apparent medical needs and has been spayed.
