Harley (Ark, Lincolnshire coast)

4/7/12 Harley has gone to his new home!

—————-

Harley is a 10 year old chocolate and brindle Boxer Cross who is at the Ark, on the Lincolnshire coast, after being abandoned in boarding kennels and his owner doesn’t want him back.

Harley is a sweet, placid and gentle old boy. He’s a friendly, ploddy type of dog that just wants to be with people. He loves children and is very good with them, but he needs to be the only pet as he was briefly rehomed and became dominant with the resident animals and possisive of what he thought was his.

Harley has never shown any aggression and has been good in kennels and at the vets. He’s very good on the lead, just plods along, and is very happy to be with people. He is also good off the lead and has good recall.

Little is known about Harley’s past but he seems such a lovely natured and placid old lad. Harley is neutered and vaccinated and seems fit and well. He is being fed on a hypo-allergenic food as he has a dry coat. He has recently been having Chicken and Rice Complete and Chappie tinned and has been fine on that.

Harley will make a lovely family dog but he needs to be an only pet.
