16/8/12 Sugar has found her new home!

Sugar is sweet 9 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier girl who is in the care of a small rescue run by Yvonne Parkins. Sugar is looking for a quiet retirement home. She is being rehomed on a long term foster basis as she has recently had a mild heart attack. As a long term foster dog, Yvonne Parkins Rescue will pay for Sugar’s food and vet bills.

Sugar has been passed around from home to home so many times that she must be thoroughly fed up. She truly deserves to be loved and settled in her senior years. She’s a good, clean girl and is not destructive. Sugar can get a little confused at times and she wants a quiet life without too much structure.

Sugar is calm, loving, playful, gentle, funny and sweet. She’s used to living with children but needs a home without cats. She doesn’t mind other dogs but she likes to have the fuss to herself, and after an unsettled past, she does deserve that fuss, so she needs to be the only dog in her new home.

This sprightly, gorgeous girl will be so loyal once she knows that she has finally found her forever home.

She is bit chatty, but if you were her age and kept being ignored, you might make your presence known too! She likes her comforts – a cosy bed, or sofa!, and a tasty dinner – but most of all she wants to belong to someone who will give her time to settle and who she can trust to not give her away or abandon her.

Sugar has been spayed. She has had a mild heart attack and is being rehomed by Yvonne Parkins Rescue as a long term foster dog.
