Norman (Pro Dogs Direct, Hampshire)
5/8/12 Norman has found a new home
———————
Meet Norman, a 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier boy who has been through a lot recently and really deserves a loving new home where he can make a fresh start in life. He is currently being well cared for at Pro Dogs Direct.
Norman was taken in by his local dog warden as his previous owners had not sought veterinary treatment for him after his left eye was severely damaged. Unfortunately, his eye had to be removed and the wound is healing well. However, this has certainly has not affected Norman’s spirit or joy of life. In fact, it was probably a relief for him as he must have been in so much pain.
Norman walks well on the lead and knows how to sit. He enjoys his food and although he is marking at moment, he knows to use the garden for toileting.
Norman doesn’t react to cats and is good with other dogs apart from a habit of trying to be a little too amorous, which should be better now that he is neutered.
Norman will be an ideal pet for someone wanting a sweet little companion. It is preferable that his new owners be around for most of time as he doesn’t like to be left. It is hoped his anxiety will get better once he is settled and that he will be okay being left for short periods.
Norman has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and had some teeth removed. He is all ready to move into a new home where he can be a loved and cherished pet, as he deserves.
