26/9/12 – Yatesy has found a home!

This lovely old boy is Yatesy and he’s a retired racing greyhound who was born in April 2003. Yatesy found a home in 2009, but sadly his owner had to change his working pattern so Yatesy is now back in rescue with Romford Greyhound Rehoming. He hopes it won’t be long before he finds another suitable and loving home where he can enjoy a peaceful retirement.

Yatesy is used to being in a home so he’s already house trained and because he has such a calm nature he would make a suitable companion for an elderly person or couple. He is good with other breeds of dog so should be fine sharing his new home with another older doggie companion.
