2/9/12 Oliver and Murphy have found a home!

—————-

Oliver and Murphy are a gorgeous pair of 9 year old English Springer Spaniels who have arrived in rescue with South Yorkshire English Springer Spaniel Rescue as their owner is sadly no longer able to care for them due to health issues.

These two lovely boys are brothers and litter mates who have been together their whole lives and they are looking for a home where they can continue to be together. They are a happy and loving pair of dogs who love people and get along with children.

Oliver and Murphy are good with the other dogs they meet while out on their walks, but since they are an established pair, they would probably do better in a home without other dogs. Typical of Springer Spaniels, they do pull on the lead a bit but are very good off lead.

These two boys do not like cats and so are looking for a home without them.

Because of their age, Oliver and Murphy are part of SYESSR’s foster scheme which means that although their home will be a permanent one, they will provide support where required towards any future veterinary costs.

If you are a Springer Spaniel lover who has room for a loving and friendly pair of Springers, please do not hesitate contacting SYESSR as follows:

Alison on 01709 760020
Joanne on 0114 2570625
Heather on 0114 2879786
Elaine on 0114 2879458

Please mention that you saw Oliver and Murphy on the Oldies Club website.
