30/10/12 Jet has found a home!

This is Jet, a 12 year old Patterdale Terrier who is being rehomed by Rescue Remedies. Jet’s previous owner sadly passed away so he’s now in foster care in Stoke-on-Trent and waiting for a new home.

Jet needs a retirement home, but don’t be fooled because he still has his hearing and vision and is quite an active fellow – the rescue describe him as jet-propelled! He used to enjoy regular off-lead walks in the fields near his house, shopping trips and visits to the park where he mixed well with other dogs. He’d like a home with a secure garden and someone who will continue to give him a couple of nice walks every day.

Jet is as adorable as they come and despite his twelve years there’s not a grey hair in sight! He is well mannered, housetrained and a bit of a sofa surfer so he’d like a home where’s he’s allowed to lounge! Jet doesn’t bark much and he’s fine to be left. He can live as an only dog or in with other doggie companions. He’s previously lived with two cats so should settle with relaxed dog friendly cats in his new home.

Jet is used to children and is currently in foster with a seven year old. He would be fine in a family home with older, terrier-savvy children. He has just had a full dental, MOT and is neutered and fully vaccinated. All he needs now is a perfect home.
