Bessie (RSPCA Tameside and Glossop branch)

16/3/13 Bessie has found a new home!

—————–

This lovely girl is Bessie who is in the care of the RSPCA Tameside & Glossop branch.     She’s around 9 years old and about the size of a medium border collie.

Bessie came into the RSPCA’s  care as her owner had to go into sheltered accommodation and could not take Bessie with her.  The poor girl is feeling a little bewildered at the moment and needs the comfort of a soft bed in a nice warm home with someone who is happy to take her for a few short walks a day and give her lots of cuddles.  Bessie is a very affectionate girl and loves to sit at your feet.

Although Bessie is still quite active for her age, she would like a fairly peaceful home where there are no young children.  She’s fine with other dogs and is living with a cat in her foster home.  Her fosterer says she’s fine with the cat but does have a liking for cat food!     Bessie travels well in a car and is generally very well mannered.

You can watch Bessie’s video by following this link   If you would like to know more about lovely Bessie, please get in touch with RSPCA Tameside and Glossup as follows:
