30/3/13 We’re so pleased to hear that Charlie has found a new home already!

——————-

Charlie is a 10 year old a Samoyed who is being rehomed by Millbrook RSPCA Animal Centre in Chobham, Surrey, after being rescued by an RSPCA inspector.

Charlie was found living in a garden amongst rubble and dirt. His beautiful Samoyed coat was extremely matted and as a result he had to have a haircut.

Due to having to keep himself company in that lonely garden, Charlie can be quite vocal, so his new owners will need to be patient and have understanding neighbours! He loves his walks and enjoys playing off lead with toys. As with most oldies, you really wouldn’t know he’s a senior citizen!

He is good with dogs, but can be jealous if they get attention instead of him. This is probably due to having very little human contact when he was left to live outside. As a result, the rescue wants him to be the only dog in his new home. He needs a home without cats but he can live with children over 10, or younger if the children are experienced with a lively breed.

Charlie needs an active owner who will keep him busy and spend lots of time with him. You will also need to be understanding and allow Charlie the time he will need to settle.

He is microchipped and neutered and up to date with vaccinations.

Despite not having human contact for a long time, Charlie loves people. He will reward his new family with lots of love and affection.
