28/12/2013 Dear little Maya has found a new home after being spotted on the Oldies Club website. We are delighted for her!

Angels Without Wings,  a small volunteer based animal rescue, have brought this little girl over from Romania where she had the most awful life. Here is their story:

“Maya is a small (approximately the size of a Cavalier) crossbreed of 7 years of age. She has come into our care after we saw a picture of her looking into the camera from behind the bars of the pound she found herself in. She was sharing her kennel with much larger dogs and was showing signs of being attacked, with little chance of defending herself. We offered to help this little lady and we moved her from her prison cell. We believe Maya was a much loved pet at some point as she is house trained, good on the lead and great with dogs, cats and children”.

Love bug Maya having a cuddle!

Maya would be ideally suited to a quieter home, perhaps as an only dog or with one other, because she deserves to be the centre of attention and she is such a love bug!

Can you help this little girl find happiness and cuddles for the rest of her days? If so, please contact Angels Without Wings as follows:
