Finnegan (Safe Rescue, Great Yarmouth)

Youngster Finnegan is a very special Carpathian Shepherd dog in every sense of the word. He is indeed a three-legged, bear of a dog, but oh so fun-loving and enthusiastic. He takes everything in his stride with great humour and love on his part. Finnegan gets on great with other dogs but has not been cat tested. He’s too big and clumsy for small children but would be fine with older ones. All you need is a big heart and a good sense of humour.

David (Safe Rescue, fostered Norwich)

You know what they say, “Four legs good, um, three legs better”? Well… they should! David only has three legs but it doesn’t stop him from doing anything fun. Except digging up flower beds. David is a really affectionate boy who lives life to the full. Rolling ecstatically in the grass whenever possible. If you want big canine cuddles and lots of lovely walks (and for your spring bulbs to stay exactly where they are) then David is the perfect match for you!

Sprite (Dunroamin K9 Rescue, South Yorkshire)

Cuddly and so handsome, Sprite is looking for his special home as he is visually impaired. He is a lovely people dog, very loving and affectionate. Due to his limited vision, Sprite is looking for a pet-free home where any children are older and understand his needs. He loves food, treats, walks and running and will greet you with a kiss. Can you help Sprite? 20/12/16 – Sprite is still waiting

Jack (Celia Hammond Animal Trust, Hastings)

Lovely, big, yellow Jack sadly came into rescue terrified after being badly beaten. Now, he loves pretty much everything and everybody and he is basically a very large, happy clown though it takes time to overcome his fears. Jack is looking for a local, rural home, ideally something like a stable yard. He adores other dogs and is also happy around cats and livestock. After all he’s been through, Jack deserves the best ever home. 15/12/16 – Still waiting!
