TYSON IS OUR OLD DOG OF THE WEEK!
Compact and companionable Tyson is offering you his undying affection. He’s fine with other dogs but wants to be the only pet at home. He wants company most of the time and he enjoys playing and going on walks but what his soul longs for the most, is love!
Poor Charlie came into rescue in an awful state but he’s well on the mend and looking forward to a loving home for the rest of his life. This sweet little fellow is amiable enough to live with children, cats and possibly another dog. It’s time he has the caring home he truly deserves.
If you’re looking for an easy, happy-go-lucky dog, with a bit of mischief thrown in, you’ll definitely be interested in Pringle! She’s a seven year old British Bulldog cross with a lovely outgoing personality. Pringle would like an active home please and she could live with older children, other dogs and dog-savvy cats.
Bryson is a calm and thoughtful chap who isn’t interested in playing games, but he would enjoy sitting with you companionably, simply watching the world go by. He’s good with children and quite friendly with dogs he meets, but might prefer to be your only dog.
This splendid little chap is Oscar and he is good with children and dogs. He is clever and affectionate too and loves a good walk and a game of ball. Could Oscar be your new best friend?
This glossy black Labrador/Rottweiler is known as Albert Einstein as he’s one wise gentleman. He’s affectionate, loyal and has a heart of gold. He loves life and travel plus the odd cuddle or two. Albert is looking for an adult home as the only pet as he loves his food and does not like to share. He’s such a handsome gent.
Max is a straight forwardly friendly boy. He gets on with other dogs, cats and children alike. He could slot happily into most households because he’s such a well behaved, jolly soul. He will optimistically bring you his tennis ball so you can play with him!
Poor Wilma is a bit overwhelmed by all the recent change in her life, so she’s hoping to find a cosy retirement home very soon. She can be shy, but loves a cuddle or two once she knows you. Wilma can live with older children, and she’d really love to share her new home with other dogs. Do you have room on your sofa for Wilma?
White-toed Staffy x Collie, Bailey needs a home where he can spend all day with you. He’d be perfect if you have horses and love the outdoors. He’s good with dogs and can live with children who are big enough to not be knocked over when he’s feeling bouncy. Bailey is desperate to find a special person to love. Could that be you?
Young at heart Roxy loves to play tug-of-war and with her toys. She’s an active lady for her 11 years and looking for someone to be her constant companion. Roxy would be happy to live with other dogs and children 10+. She’s a beautiful lady.
Too heavy to be a lap dog? Tilly? Nah! She’s the perfect size for really…um…substantial sofa snuggle. She doesn’t need long walks and would be happy enough with just a big garden for snuffling and scampering. Tilly loves people of all ages. She is such a sweetie!
Soppy Cindy is rather at a loss to find herself back in rescue due to her owner’s ill health. She’s absolutely adorable and has a very kind and loving heart. She just wants to please and is brilliant with other dogs and children. This gorgeous-natured girl just wants somone to love her and will make a wonderful family pet.
Sweet little Roxie loves nothing more than a big cuddle and an empty lap to snuggle into. She’s a 12 year old Shih Tzu cross and because she’s had a lot of change in her life she’s looking for a family who will make her feel safe and secure again. Roxie is good with other dogs and could live with older children. Do you have room on your lap for Roxie?
Dinky duo, Olly and Coco are a sweet couple who love each other and will love you too, given the chance. They want a peaceful home without children or cats and hopefully with a nice warm lap or two to snuggle into. They’re little dogs with big hearts!
Amir is just the loveliest Spaniel Mix boy. He’s very gentle and is full of fun and smiles. Amir is happy living with other dogs and is great with children; he’s also not interested in cats. Amir will make someone a wonderful companion as he’s pretty much perfect!
Sweet, calm, placid Radley wants a love and comfort filled retirement. He likes to play with other dogs and he likes to have the occasional short sprint but what he mostly likes to do is relax, knowing you’re nearby for all his fussing needs.
Crystal lives up to her name with her sparkly, gem-like qualities. She’s friendly to all people, polite to other dogs, she loves walks and she really loves fuss and cuddles. Truly, she is a treasure! If she brings you one of her toys, would you play with her?

Shadow and Cici are young at heart and love meeting new people despite coming into rescue as a cruelty case. They are brother and sister and would love to find a loving home together if possible. They can live with other dogs, children aged 7+ and possibly friendly cats. They have so much love to offer and now deserve to be spoiled rotten.
Although he can be a bit of an escape artist, Todd’s favourite place is home, beside you or in a warm comfy bed. He is a total sweetheart who doesn’t even flinch when a mean cat swats him. This gentle boy is going to make a wonderful addition to a loving family.
16/11/17 – Nessa has found her new home!
Poor Mozzie is stuck in rescue when all he wants is a comfy home to snooze in, with some tasty meals and a nice game of fetch. Mozzie can live with children aged 11+ but he’d like to be your only pet. Could you be Mozzie’s saviour?
Harry and Timmy are a dinky pair of darlings who could probably both fit on the same lap at once! Harry is the fluffy one, Timmy is the tidy black and tan. They’re good with other dogs, have excellent manners and would love to potter through some woodland with you!
Simon says ” Why do people keep picking younger dogs and leaving me in kennels? I’m gorgeous!” And he has a point! Simon is still full of life and wants to be tucked up in a warm, quiet home before winter sets in. Could you help Simon out?
Baba is a sweet, gentle girl who is looking for a quiet home after being rescued from Romania. She is good with other dogs and can live with gentle children aged over 10. Could you offer Baba a lovely new home?
Poor Billy isn’t coping well with kennel life and he’s starting to think he’ll never leave. He can live with children and a nice calm, Billy-sized female dog. He’d love a home where he can spend most of the time with his humans and enjoy a game of football. Please could you oblige?

Nancy’s had a tough life, yet she’s one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet. She adores everyone and top of her wish list is “cuddles”. 10 year old, sweetie girl Lillie has been in kennels since she was 5. That’s right, 5 years in kennels. “Why?!” – we hear you cry. Beautiful Tara is looking for a comfortable retirement home where she can enjoy gentle walks, a comfy bed and a garden she can potter about in. After spending years in a public shelter, this lovely lady deserves a taste of the quiet life. Tara is good with other dogs and could possibly live with cats.

Pretty Patch is trying to shed a few pounds and with a nice active home she’ll soon be in shape. She’s a lovely, happy lass with a fondness for ball games and long walks. Patch could live with cats, other dogs and older children (8 yrs plus).
Cute Collie Cross Rita is absolutely blooming in foster care after a hard life in Romania. She now loves being kissed and groomed and having a toy to play with – all new to her. Rita is fantastic with dogs and needs a companion to help show her the way. She would suit a quiet home without young children. It’s time for her to enjoy a wonderful life in a forever, loving home.

Young at heart Leo just loves fuss and attention. He’s quiet and friendly and seems rather worldly-wise. Leo walks nicely with other dogs but would prefer a pet-free home as he likes his own space. He will make a wonderful companion.

Peaches is as sweet as her name and twice as perky. She is nearly perfect in her adorable dogginess and she brings lots of fun and happiness wherever she goes. She acts much younger than she is and loves playing and going for long walks, so prepare yourself for adventures!
Toby and Sasha want a lot of fuss and some nice walkies please! This cheerful pair are very friendly and well behaved. They’ve travelled all the way from Rome to find the perfect retirement home… your house, for instance.

Angie is a beautiful and friendly dog who is growing in confidence every day after being rescued from a Romanian shelter. She is an independent lady but can be persuaded to let you give her a fuss, especially if a treat is involved!
With such handsome looks and a wonderful personality to match, you’d expect Brandy to have been snapped up ages ago. Sadly, he’s still in kennels after a whole year. Happy, cheeky and full of energy; Brandy just wants someone to love and share life’s adventures with. How can anyone resist him!?

Gorgeous Mika is a medium sized Siberian Husky cross, brimming over with love for those who deserve it, either because they’re pure of heart… or they have treats. She is super intelligent and thrills at being told how good she is. She’s kind of perfect!
Although Barry is nearly blind, nothing holds this dear boy back with his zest for life after life in Romania. He mixes well with other dogs, is fine with cats and absolutely adores children – all his wants is to be loved. Barry will be the perfect companion, lap dog and friend.
Millie is an adorable Deerhound Cross girl who will bring love and play into your home. She is placid and sweet natured and will fill your home with doggy love and loyalty!

19/9/2017 Lovely Ruff has been rehomed thanks to an enquiry that came through the Oldies Club. He has gone to a lovely family in Wales where he has joined another Oldies Club veteran, a 13yr old Lurcher. What a perfect ending.
These Lhasa Apso lovelies are Laddy and Joey and they need a home where they’ll have company for most of the day. Laddy and Joey are happy, well balanced boys who mix well with other dogs and are no trouble in the home. Do you have room in your heart for them?
