Ellie (Dogs Trust Newbury, Berkshire)

29/5/20 – Ellie still needs a home

Ellie is an 11 years young Jack Russell Terrier who is in a foster home for Dogs Trust Newbury, Berkshire.

Ellie is a bright and sparky girl who loves to play with toys and enjoys her treats. She is a sweet girl once you get to know her – it will take her a little time to get to know you, but it’s worth it!

*Please note that Dogs Trust will arrange for you to meet a trainer, and a home visit will need to take place before you meet Ellie*

She is looking for a calm, quiet home with few visitors. She would also prefer a home away from the bustle of town life. She is a very clever girl who is eager to learn and she will need some ongoing training in her new home with the support of Dogs Trust’s training team. Her new owners must be prepared to follow this. Once settled into the home, Ellie can be left for a few hours with toys and enrichment to keep her busy.

Ellie needs to be the only pet in the home. She will thrive in a quiet, adult-only home where she will be given plenty of time to settle in and adjust to her new environment. Ellie is great fun once you get to know her and she’s a lovely companion.

Ellie is NOT at Dogs Trust’s rehoming centre – she is in a foster home. Please call the centre if you are interested in offering Ellie a home.
