As you can see, Nora is such a beautiful, soft lady who has made such progress since arriving in the U.K. She’s being helped in her search for a forever, loving home by Pawprints to Freedom and is blossoming in a foster home in Somerset until her new owner takes her home.
Nora is 8 years old (born 6.7.11) and is a medium-sized Crossbreed. She is a friendly girl who needs time to improve her confidence further. She’s good on the lead and enjoys going on her walks now, although she can be sometimes a little scared of sudden surprises. She is now working on using her harness.
Nora would benefit from living with a quiet family in a rural location. Patience and reassurance are the key to her progression. She would be forever grateful to be with her special someone whom she learns to trust and love.
Nora gets along okay with the resident dog although she avoids dogs while out on walks and she is also good with children. As always, sensible and supervised introductions are advised with children and other pets. Her fitness levels are up and she is eating well, so she has filled out nicely.
Nora is rather skittish and doesn’t like loud noises and movements. She is fine with household noises like the hoover and washing machine though. She’s scared of narrow spaces and doorways but has made improvement. Mostly, she will go through the doorway and otherwise she is carried.
Nora has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
