Moshu (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Moshu is a cute, 9 year old, small to medium-sized Crossbreed who arrived in the care of Safe Rescue a few months ago and is living in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk.

Moshu is a tubby little man who is currently on strict diet and exercise routine. He initially presented himself as a right old grump with everyone but his carer. He became her shadow and she could do absolutely anything with him but, with other people, he would approach them all waggy-tailed and appearing friendly but then snap if they stroked him; perhaps a case of losing his nerve at the last minute and ignoring him simply works.

Moshu has now accepted the other household members and regular visitors though he cannot be trusted yet with people he doesn’t know. However, Moshu thinks it’s great in his foster home and he is really affectionate with those he loves and, despite not knowing it yet, he could get a lot more one-to-one love and attention elsewhere.

Moshu gets on great with other dogs. He adores his walks and walks well both on and off-lead and doesn’t cause any bother to anyone out on walks. Introducing him to potential adopters is going to be a bit complex but very possible. Moshu would be perfect for you if you’re up for a challenge, don’t have many visitors and are willing to take home a dog you might not be able to stroke for the first few hours. The devotion he has for his carer can be switched to someone new once he’s settled in his forever home.

Moshu is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
