Oscar (Cheltenham Animal Shelter, Gloucestershire)

Cute, little Oscar is looking for a quiet home with no other small pets and visiting children. He is in the safe care of Cheltenham Animal Shelter in Gloucestershire and hopes very much to go home soon. The rescue doesn’t restrict its rehomings to the local area, but does require a minimum of three visits to get to know him.

Oscar is a 13 year old, white and tan Terrier with a wiry coat. He is such a sweet boy once he gains your trust but, unfortunately, he struggles with anxiety and is fearful of new people and environments. He needs an experienced owner to help him overcome his fears.

Oscar is neutered and has had multiple teeth removed. He has narrow L1-2 and likely previous disc prolapse; he also has spondylosis L2-3-4. His stifles and hips are normal (he does have gr luxating patellae). Oscar needs to stay on Loxicom long-term.
