Blacky (Bid to Save a Stray, fostered Worcestershire)

Sweet Blacky doesn’t ask for much in life and just needs a loving place to call home. He is currently living in a foster home in Malvern, Worcestershire, which is provided by Bid to Save a Stray and hopes to find a new owner soon.

Blacky is dear, older boy who likes his home comforts, such as big comfy beds, regular meals and treats and he loves a good old roll in the grass. He isn’t used to a harness or collar and much prefers a less stressful life where he can potter around a garden.

Blacky likes women but would rather avoid men. He is not aggressive with men, but he just walks away from them and needs time to build up that trust. Treats definitely help with this. He becomes quite fond of women and likes to follow them around.

Blacky enjoys playing with treat-filled kongs but is not really interested in anything that doesn’t involve food. He likes to have the freedom to roam around a house and garden. He is okay to be left on his own and is fully toilet-trained. Blacky lives with other dogs but is not really fussed by them being around.
