31/3/15 – We have just has the sad news that Roxy collapsed and was diagnosed with a ruptured abdomen. Sadly she was too ill to save and she passed away peacefully in the arms of the NAWT volunteers. Run free Roxy.

30/4/15 Very sadly, Diva has had to be put to sleep as she had cancer.

Charlotte (Halfway Home Dog Rescue, Notts)
31/3/15 – We have just had the sad news that Charlotte was diagnosed with a large tumour on her spleen. The kindest thing to do was to let her go. Rest easy dear girl.

16/3/2015 It’s with a heavy heart we report that Summer passed away on Sunday; she had a stroke. She went to the vet, came home and just went to sleep.

13/4/15 Safe Rescue tell us the sad news that Nelson has passed away. He was loved very much by his fosterer, who did everything possible for him, and he will be very missed.

Sweet Little Roman (Oldies Club, fostered North East)
3/4/15 Roman became very poorly and has had to be put to sleep. Our thoughts are with his foster carer who is so very upset as she loved little Roman dearly.

Pretty boy Pete! (Oldies Club Sponsor dog)
Here’s a treat for the collie lovers amongst us. Pete is a very pretty, gentle boy who came into rescue after the death of his owner. He is fine to be left for a few hours but would love a quiet, retired home where he will have company and can go for a few walks a day. He is good with dogs and cats and is simply a little star!
