Skip was an elderly Terrier x Collie who was in an Oldies Club foster home in London for just 5 weeks before he was sadly put to sleep.
Skip had a bad cough when he arrived and recently his health had further declined. He went to the vets for a chest x-ray which showed that his lungs were full of small tumours. The vet believed these were likely to be secondaries to a liver or stomach tumour, so it was kinder to let Skip go. He was put to sleep at home in the company of those who loved him.
Oldies Club are extremely grateful to his foster family for giving him a wonderful home and lots of love for his time in our care.
