Meet Squid, a 10-year-old Beagle x Staffie (on the chunkier Staffie side) who’s looking for a new sofa to claim as his own through RSPCA, Essex South. He’s come from a loving family home through absolutely no fault of his own, and is now on the hunt for his next humans.
Squid is looking for a home where he will be the only pet and any children are aged 10yrs+ and understand that he can get a little excited and bouncy at times. He thrives on human company and love and affection, so the more Squid time he gets, the happier he will be.
Squid loves his walks, can be a little strong on the lead but is great company. He was attacked in the past by other dogs, so is naturally cautious and worried around other dogs and likes to keep his distance, so perhaps a home where there are nice walks nearby that aren’t too crowded and overrun with other dogs would be perfect.
In summary, Squid is a loving, loyal, slightly chaotic, very devoted companion who will reward the right home with loyalty, laughs, and plenty of noise.
