Tango, our very own little OC staffy has won the ‘Best Veteran’ trophy at the Northern Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue sponsored walk event held on the 9th April 2006 at Newby Bridge in Cumbria, and Dorothy, one of the first OC poster dogs, also won a prize!
Tango completed a 1 mile walk – cheered on by fellow supporters, even though she is now around 15 years of age!
The Oldies Club had a stand at the event – here is Cindy, Tango’s owner, with Tango’s shield at the OC stall at the event.
Here is Dorothy, showing why she won ‘most Memorable Rescue’. Dorothy has now climbed Mount Snowdon twice despite the fact she is over 13!
