17/12/2007 Very sad news: poor Brutus died yesterday. The vet believes he had some sort of tumour. Rest in peace lovely lad.

——-

Brutus is a black brindle Neopolitan Mastiff who is being rehomed via Neopolitan Mastiff Rescue in the North West of England.

Poor Brutus has been in kennels all of his life. He is therefore looking for a quiet home where he will have lots of outside access. He’d love to live somewhere with a friendly female dog for companionship as he has been used to being with a female dog.

He is reported to be a happy, healthy and gentle soul. After living in kennels all his life he might find it a little difficult getting used to being in a house, including realising the right place to go to the toilet!

Brutus needs a home with people who will be kind and dedicated enough to help him adjust to living in a normal home, and who also realise that as he has lived outside all of his life it may be that he would actually be happier living that way.
