Oldies Club supporter Ellie Blake has decided she is going to change her name, legally, to remember her treasured dog Lucy, who very sadly passed away earlier this year, and to help raise funds for the Oldies Club.
From 21 August 2007, Ellie Blake will become Ellie Lucy Junk Yard Dog Blake in memory of the beautiful Lucy, also known affectionately as ‘Junk Yard Dog’ :)
Ellie is inviting people to sponsor her for the name change, with money donated going to the Oldies Club – if you would like to sponsor Ellie, please click here, to email Angela, fundraising co-ordinator, by Monday 20 August, confirming your name and the amount you would like to donate in sponsorship of Ellie.
A copy of the legal document confirming the name change, will be given to the Oldies Club in confirmation of the name change.
